An apartment building in need of renovation in Smíchov, located near the Anděl shopping center. The building has six above-ground floors, two underground floors, and an open attic space. Currently, the building contains 12 apartments of various sizes and layouts. The ground floor is used for commercial purposes and contains two retail units. The ground floor and the first basement level facing the courtyard were originally apartments but have since been rezoned for non-residential use. In the courtyard, there is a smaller three-story building that was originally residential.
